RESIDENTIAL TRANSFORMATION

From Oil-Stained to Show-Ready.

garage image
A residential garage coating does more than cover concrete , it redefines how the space feels and functions. ReModa’s garage floor systems use diamond grinding to open the concrete pore structure, followed by a high-build epoxy or polyaspartic base, optional flake broadcast, and a UV-stable clear top coat. The result is a surface that resists tire marks, absorbs impact, and cleans with a simple rinse.

01

Consult & Sample

We analyze your floor’s specific usage requirements, measure moisture levels, and review physical color and texture samples at our studio.

04

Primer or Base Coat

A moisture-mitigating prime layer is applied to seal the substrate, followed by a durable pigmented base coat that blocks out any concrete shadows.

02

Surface Prep & Grinding

The critical foundation. We use heavy diamond-grinding machinery to open up concrete pores, ensuring optimal mechanical bonding for the liquid resins.

05

Flake or Decorative Layer

Whether it’s a full broadcast of multi-color vinyl flakes, hand-swirled metallic pigments, or solid quartz aggregate, the design layer is carefully composed.

03

Crack Repair

All active joints and surface fractures are structurally filled and stabilized before the base coat.

* Addresses surface-level cracks; cannot guarantee against future structural movement.

06

Clear Top Coat

We lock in the design with a high-build, UV-stable clear polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat that delivers extreme chemical, tire-mark, and scratch resistance.
