A general contractor receives a set of plans and builds to them. If something changes, a material is unavailable, a measurement is off, a detail is unclear, the contractor makes a call. That call may or may not match what was designed.
At ReModa, the team that designs your space is the same team that builds it. Our design team develops every layout, selects every material, and produces every specification before construction begins. Our build team executes that design with full knowledge of the intent behind every decision.

Our Story
Built to close the gap between design and build
Most renovation projects fail not because of bad materials or bad intentions, but because design and construction were never truly aligned. A designer specifies one thing. A contractor builds something close. Materials get substituted without notice. Decisions get made without consent. And the homeowner ends up with a version of what they imagined.
ReModa was created to solve that problem. Our founder, Sami Nather, spent years working in the interior design and construction industry and saw the same breakdown happen on project after project: the moment the design left the designer’s hands, it started to change.
The solution wasn’t to build a better contractor. It was to build something different entirely, a company where design and construction are one team, one process, one standard. That company is ReModa.
Today, ReModa operates from our Richardson Design Studio and Showroom, serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area across four specialized divisions.

The Richardson Design Studio & Showroom
ReModa opened its Richardson Design Studio & Showroom at 401 S. Sherman Street, the physical hub of the ReModa brand and the starting point of every client project.
The Studio brings together every finish category a homeowner needs to make real design decisions, flooring samples, countertop surfaces, cabinetry styles, hardware finishes, color palettes, all in one space, with ReModa’s design team present for every selection.
Most homeowners visit multiple showrooms, speak to multiple vendors, and attempt to coordinate selections that were never meant to be coordinated together. At ReModa, every decision is made in context, materials selected alongside each other, with the design as the guide.
