Any additional services, material changes, or site work outside the agreed written scope will require an executed written change order before proceeding.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

- Providing clear, uninterrupted access to the project property for working crews, supervisors, and inspectors.
- Making timely finish selections, material approvals, and design confirmations.
- Maintaining transparent, clear communication with the dedicated ReModa project manager throughout the project duration.
10. Warranty Coverage
ReModa Design Build provides a limited workmanship warranty on construction services as explicitly detailed in individual client agreements. Separate manufacturer warranties apply independently to appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting hardware, roofing materials, and engineered products integrated into the residence.
11. Liability Scope and Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas state law, ReModa Design Build shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or project execution variables. This exclusion includes operational delays, material shortages, utility supplier disruptions, or environmental conditions outside of our direct operational control.
12. Cancellation and Termination Parameters
Either party may terminate a formal project agreement under the specific conditions defined within that executed contract. In the event of contract termination, the client remains fully responsible for all completed construction work, ordered custom materials, architectural design fees, and incurred labor expenses up to the official date of termination.
