1. Scope of Services
ReModa™ Design Build provides design, planning, sourcing, and construction services. The scope of work for each project is defined in the approved proposal, estimate, or agreement.
Any services or work outside the agreed scope will require a written change order.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on available information at the time of preparation and may be subject to change.
- Site conditions may impact final pricing
- Material costs may fluctuate
- Unforeseen conditions may require adjustments
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement.
- Deposits may be required before work begins
- Progress payments may be required throughout the project
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work
4. Change Orders
Any modifications to the original scope must be approved in writing.

5. Design Disclaimer
Renderings, drawings, and visual representations are for conceptual purposes only.
Final results may vary slightly due to material differences, site conditions, and construction limitations.

7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to the project site

8. Warranty
ReModa™ may provide a limited workmanship warranty depending on the project.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and products.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReModa™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes delays, material shortages, or conditions outside of our control.
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement under defined conditions.
The client remains responsible for any completed work, materials, or incurred costs.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
